Croatia accounting compliance requirements

Croatia introduced Fiskalizacija 2.0 on 1 January 2026, making structured B2B e-invoicing (eRacun) mandatory for VAT-registered businesses while embedding real-time fiscalization reporting directly into the invoice flow to the Tax Administration.

Fiskalizacija 2.0 (eRacun)

VAT-registered taxpayers must issue and receive structured electronic invoices and the Tax Administration extracts fiscalization data from each one in real time.
